Percuma aja menurut saya jika suatu negara memberi hukuman yang berat kepada para pelaku korupsi (koruptor) toh tetap aja pelaku tak pernah gentar untuk melakukan tindak tersebut. Mereka tak pernah mati karena tindakan tersebut telah mendarah daging disebabkan tindakan ini merupakan sebuah warisan dari generasi pertama ke generasi kedua.

Telah kita ketahui cukup banyak koruptor-koruptor besar yang lahir dan tidak bisa dipungkiri koruptor-koruptor kecil yang lahir dan akan menjadi koruptor-koruptor besar. Hal ini disebabkan tindakan balas dendam yang telah dirasakan mereka (generasi kedua) yang belum melakukan korupsi.
